1. General Information
This website nafpaktianporthouse.gr provides information about the Nafpaktian Port House accommodation in Nafpaktos. The use of the website and our services implies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Confirmation: A booking is considered valid only after our confirmation via email or telephone.
- Cancellation Policy:
- For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb), any cancellation or modification request must be handled exclusively through the respective platform and their customer service, as their policy applies.
- Please note that for direct bookings benefiting from special discounts, preferential rates, and payment facilities (Non-refundable), THERE IS NO option for a refund or date change in case of cancellation.
- Check-in / Check-out: Arrival after 15:00 and departure by 11:00, unless there is another written agreement.
- Payment Methods: Additional charges (damages, keys, etc.) are settled only by cash or immediate bank transfer. Cards and checks are not accepted for these cases.
3. Property & House Rules
- Damages: The repair cost of any damage due to negligence or misuse is borne exclusively by the guest and must be paid immediately. Please report any damage promptly.
- Lost Keys: Losing keys is charged at 70 euros due to the need for a lock replacement.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Allowed only on balconies and in the courtyard.
- Accessibility: Due to stairs, access for wheelchair users is not possible.
- Cleanliness: Daily care of utensils and appliances is the guests' responsibility. Rubbish must be disposed of in the municipal bins.
- Energy & Environment: Please turn off air conditioners, the water heater, and lights every time you leave the house. Reckless energy use significantly burdens the environment.
- Quiet Hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
- Restrictions - Prohibitions: Pets, parties, professional photo shoots, and the overnight stay of unregistered persons are not allowed.
4. Personal Data (GDPR)
We collect only the necessary information (Name, Phone, Email) for the reservation and issuance of invoices. Data remains confidential.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nafpaktian Port House bears no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items.
The owners reserve the right to request the immediate departure of guests who do not comply with the rules.
6. Applicable Law
Any dispute is governed by Greek Law and the courts of Athens are competent.
