2. Bookings and Payments
- Confirmation: A booking is considered valid only after our confirmation via email or telephone.
- Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the guest, no refund will be issued. This applies universally, including bookings made with discount packages or special offers.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment Methods: Additional charges (damages, keys, etc.) must be paid only in cash or via instant bank transfer. Cards and checks are not accepted for these cases.
3. Accommodation & House Rules
- Damages: We distinguish between normal wear and tear and damage caused by negligence. The cost of repairing any damage is your sole responsibility and must be paid immediately.
- Lost Keys: Loss or failure to return the keys results in a 40 euro charge for the necessary lock replacement.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Allowed only on balconies and in the courtyard.
- Accessibility: Due to the building’s layout (stairs), the property is not wheelchair accessible.
- Cleaning: Daily cleaning of kitchenware and appliances is the guests' responsibility. Trash must be disposed of in municipal bins.
- Quiet Hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
- Restrictions: No pets, parties, professional photoshoots, or non-declared guests.
4. Personal Data (GDPR)
We collect only the necessary information (Name, Phone, Email) for booking and legal documentation. Your data remains confidential.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nafpaktian Port House is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Owners reserve the right to request the immediate departure of guests who do not comply with these rules.
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute is governed by Greek Law, and the Courts of Athens are designated as exclusively competent.
